Upcoming Deadlines and Important Dates

Monday, December 8	Recommended last day to pick up Withdraw Late (WL) form request - one time only
Friday, December 12	Prior to exam periods - last day to turn in Withdraw Late (WL) form - one time only - by 4:30 pm - minimum 1.5 units/12 semester hours.
December 8 - 12	Drop/add period after registration – all schedule changes require advisor’s signature including MUSC and PHSD. Maximum enrollment 2.25 units/18 semester hours.
January 12 - 20, 2026	The drop/add period is the first seven class days of the spring semester, at which time you can: enroll in above 2.25 units/18 semester hours, add an audit, and/or an individual study.

Registration dates for Spring 2026 – All plans are due by 8:30 a.m. on the day that your graduation term is processed. Be sure to read the instructions for Plan Ahead.

Second six weeks (sections ending in .20) run October 27 through December 12. You can register through October 31 without a late fee.

Did you take summer school courses? Remember to have an official transcript sent to the Registrar’s Office. Electronic transcripts can be sent directly from the school to Phaedra Woodard at fawcettp@kenyon.edu or mailed to: Kenyon College, Registrar’s Office, Chalmers Library, 103 College Drive, Gambier, Ohio 43022.
